Who we are
First Point Staffing is a virtual assistant staffing agency. We recruit talented, hard-working people, train them in-house, and place them with growing US businesses that need dependable administrative support. Our model is simple: hire for character, train for skill, and stand behind every placement.
Most staffing works like a directory: you get a list of names and you are on your own. We do it differently. Before an assistant is ever placed with a client, they complete a structured, paid training program and have to meet our standard. That means our clients get someone who is ready on day one, and our assistants get a real career, not just a gig.
How we are different
- We train before we place. Every assistant completes a two-week paid program covering email, calendars, data, communication, and working with US clients.
- We invest in our people. Fair pay, on time, every time, with a genuine path to grow. Loyalty runs both ways.
- We stay involved. We do not disappear after a placement. Regular check-ins keep both sides supported and successful.
- We stand behind our work. If a placement is not right, we make it right with a replacement at no extra cost.
