How placement works
Tell us what support you need
You tell us which of these services fits, what the work actually involves, and the hours it needs covering.
We recruit and screen
We evaluate candidates against your requirements before anyone reaches you.
Training before placement
Assistants complete a two-week paid training program covering inbox management, calendars, professional communication, and working with US clients.
You meet your assistant
We introduce the assistant we have matched to your needs and prepare them for your workflow.
Ongoing support
We stay involved with regular check-ins, handle payroll and management, and arrange a replacement if a placement is not working.
Common questions
What can a virtual assistant help with?
Administrative work, executive support, customer support, CRM and data entry, and research or lead generation. Most clients start with the tasks that take the most time and least judgement.
How are assistants screened?
We evaluate candidates before they enter training, and only place those who meet our standard. You are not handed a list of names to sort through.
What does the training cover?
Two weeks of paid training covering inbox management, calendar handling across US time zones, professional communication, and expectations when working with US businesses.
Can an assistant work US business hours?
Yes. Assistants can be matched to US business schedules, subject to the requirements of the role.
Who handles payroll and management?
We do. Recruiting, training, payroll, and ongoing management are handled by First Point Staffing.
What if the placement is not the right fit?
We will remediate or match you with a new trained assistant at no additional charge.
