From first conversation to a working assistant
No directory of resumes to sift through. We recruit for your role, train before we place, and stay involved once your assistant starts.
We train before placing because the alternative pushes the learning onto you. Someone picking up inbox etiquette on your account is a hidden expense, so that groundwork happens before your assistant ever starts with you.
The seven steps
Consultation
We start with a conversation about your business: the tasks eating your week, the hours you need covered, and the tools your team already works in. Nothing is committed at this stage.
Agreement
You sign your service agreement and we begin. Recruiting starts once it is signed — we do not place from a shelf of pre-hired assistants.
Recruiting and screening
We go to market for your role. Candidates are evaluated on written and spoken English, reliability, and their working setup, and we assess for commitment: whether someone wants this as a career rather than a stopgap.
Candidate interviews
You meet a shortlist of candidates who fit your role and choose your assistant. We do the sourcing and screening, so the shortlist you see is already worth your time.
Two-week training
Your assistant completes a structured two-week program covering Google Workspace, Microsoft tools, inbox management, calendars, professional communication, and the norms of working with US businesses — prepared for your workflow and the tools you use.
Placement
Your assistant starts with you and settles into your business. Every new working relationship needs a settling-in period, and your account manager stays in touch through those first weeks.
Ongoing support
We stay involved with account management and technical support for as long as you work with us. Regular check-ins with both you and your assistant mean small problems get raised early.

The point of the arrangement is that most of it is not your problem.

If it is not working, we fix it
A placement that quietly underperforms is worse than no placement at all, so we would rather hear about it early. Raise it with us and we will work to remediate the issue. If it still is not right, we will recruit, train, and place a new assistant at no additional charge when you request it within 90 days of your assistant starting.
Common questions
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the role and how specific your requirements are. Recruiting and the training program both take real time, and we would rather place the right person than the fastest one. We will give you a realistic timeline during the consultation.
What does it cost?
One simple monthly fee, billed in advance. The fee depends on the role and the hours you need, so we quote it after the consultation rather than guessing at a number here.
What if the assistant is not working out?
Tell us. We will work to remediate the issue first, and if it still is not right we will recruit, train, and place a new assistant at no additional charge when you request it within 90 days of your assistant starting.
Do I manage the assistant directly?
You direct their work day to day, they are your assistant. We handle the contracting, payments to your assistant, and performance management in the background, and stay available whenever something needs escalating.
What hours will they work?
Your business hours. Assistants are recruited and trained specifically to work US hours and to coordinate across US time zones.
